📋 Agreement
By using DocuSort Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our software.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the DocuSort Pro desktop application and related services
- "User", "You" refers to the person using the Service
- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to DocuSort Pro
- "Subscription" refers to a paid plan for accessing premium features
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Plans and Pricing
We offer various subscription plans with different features and device limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
3.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
3.4 Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact contact@docusortpro.co.uk for refund requests.
4. Device Limits
Each subscription plan has a device limit:
- Free: 1 device
- Basic: 1 device
- Pro: 1 device
- Small Team: 5 devices
- Enterprise: 10 devices
You may deactivate devices through the application to use your license on different computers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass device limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the software for any illegal purpose
- Redistribute or resell the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
6. Intellectual Property
DocuSort Pro and all associated intellectual property remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
7. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your data.
Important: DocuSort Pro processes files locally on your computer. We do NOT access, upload, or store your files or their contents.
8. Availability and Updates
- We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may release updates to improve functionality or security
- We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss - always maintain your own backups
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
